Board Liaison: Division President

Job Responsibilities:

Complete all assignments given in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the President and other Division Board members as necessary. Represent the Division to the best of your ability in a professional and courteous manner. Keep all board members fully informed at all times regarding personal activities relevant to division business. Submit a complete written report to be included as a part of the annual meeting program. Be actively involved in all Division events, at Annual Meeting, FLAN’s, chapter events, etc.

Specific Job Tasks:
  • Is responsible for the Division Board of Director’s proper conduct during Annual meetings, other issues, where Robert’s Rules of Order is to be followed. 
  • Assists Division Board of Directors and Division membership in use of Robert’s Rules of Order. 
  • Advises procedures to be followed. 
  • Notifies Division membership of any changes in Parliamentary procedures. 
  • Presents brief workshop prior to Annual Meeting on the rules and processes for Delegates and Alternates of the meeting.
