Board Liaison: Division President

Job Responsibilities:

Complete all assignments given in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the President and other Division Board members as necessary. Represent the Division to the best of your ability in a professional and courteous manner. Keep all board members fully informed at all times regarding personal activities relevant to division business. Submit a complete written report to be included as a part of the annual meeting program. Be actively involved in all Division events, at Annual Meeting, FLAN’s, chapter events, etc.

Specific Job Tasks: 
  • Works with the Division President to establish location, agenda, programs, events of the Annual Meeting. 
  • Adheres to the Guidelines for Division Annual Meetings, as established by International Headquarters. 
  • Presents formal presentation to the Division Board on the status of plans and events three times: January/April and final report prior to the annual meeting. 
  • Prepares and adheres to budget and other financial obligations, such as hotel and catering contracts, division budgetary restraints, etc.
