Board Liaison: Division President-Elect
Job Responsibilities:
Complete all assignments given in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the President and other Division Board members as necessary. Represent the Division to the best of your ability in a professional and courteous manner. Keep all board members fully informed at all times regarding personal activities relevant to division business. Submit a complete written report to be included as a part of the annual meeting program. Be actively involved in all Division events, at Annual Meeting, FLAN’s, chapter events, etc.
Specific Job Tasks:
Receives documents from the outgoing Division Treasurer within timeframe specified and prepares a written report after reviewing: the June bank statement, the Financial Statement file, various financial statements, bank statements, a copy of the approved budget and any revisions.
After audit is completed, using the deadline date as established in the Division Bylaws and Standing Rules, the Audit Committee Chairman shall forward to the president the following Audit certificate, letter of discrepancies and recommendations, and audited financial reports.
The Audit Committee Chairman shall transfer all files and financial records of the division to the current treasurer.
