Board Liaison: Division Treasurer
Job Responsibilities:
Complete all assignments given in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the President and other Division Board members as necessary. Represent the Division to the best of your ability in a professional and courteous manner. Keep all board members fully informed at all times regarding personal activities relevant to division business. Submit a complete written report to be included as a part of the annual meeting program. Be actively involved in all Division events, at Annual Meeting, FLAN’s, chapter events, etc.
Specific Job Tasks:
The Finance Committee shall consist of the immediate Past Treasurer, as chairman, incoming Treasurer (by virtue of the office) and President-elect.
By May 1 of each year, it shall prepare and submit to the membership a proposed budget, subject to the approval of the membership at its Annual Meeting, to guide the Division Board of Directors in all expenditures of the funds of the Division.
It shall present the proposed budget to the delegates for discussion and adoption at the Annual Meeting.
