Board Liaison:  Division President

Job Responsibilities:

Complete all assignments given in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the President and other Division Board members as necessary. Represent the Division to the best of your ability in a professional and courteous manner. Keep all board members fully informed at all times regarding personal activities relevant to division business. Submit a complete written report to be included as a part of the annual meeting program. Be actively involved in all Division events, at Annual Meeting, FLAN’s, chapter events, etc.

Specific Job Tasks: 

  • Create and maintain a professional image through the Division Website. 
  • Update and maintain the Division Website daily, weekly or monthly as needed. 
  • Post special events of the Division or Chapters as instructed in a timely manner. 
  • Review guidelines and incorporate themes of the International Headquarters website. 
  • Check any links posted on the website for accuracy frequently. 
  • Assist Chapters as needed in the maintenance of their chapter website.
