2012 EFAM Credentials & Proxy Form

This form is to be used for adding delegate, alterate, or proxy voting credentials to your EFAM registration. Completed forms should be submitted to credentials@iaap-hq.org by the July 2, 2012 deadline to receive credentials for the 2012 EFAM in Grapevine, Texas.

70th Anniversary Membership Drive

Voting will take place at the Education Forum and Annual Meeting in Grapevine, Texas July 21-25. More complete information about candidate qualifications and platforms will be available by April 15, 2012.
